Company Registration Process

The client pays a deposit of 6,000 Baht.
S PLUS completes the form and submits it to the Department of Business Development.
The Department of Business Development reviews the documents (1 - 3 business days).
Shareholders confirm their identity online by taking a photo of themselves with their ID card or passport, then verify their phone number by entering an OTP.
The Department of Business Development verifies the identity confirmation (1 - 3 business days).
Once the verification is complete, S PLUS submits the registration application, issues the certificate, and provides all company registration documents to the client.
What You Need to Prepare

- A copy or photo of the house registration document for the company address (the page with the 11-digit house registration code)
- Phone number and email of the shareholders and of the company
- A bank confirmation letter for the Thai shareholder (if there are foreign shareholders in the company)
- List of directors and director's authority

- Share proportions of each shareholder
- Company location (Google Maps link)
